About to embark on a period of significant change, Sunlife engaged dragonfish to help them build a values-driven, high-performance culture that would get their organisation and people ready to deliver their new strategy.
Over six months, we defined and launched a new set of company values, followed by two workshops to bring the values to life across the recruitment and induction processes.
