We were delighted to recently win two awards at the UK Employee Experience Awards in partnership with our lovely client Cunard. We were awarded Gold in the ‘Delivering Customer Experience’ category and Bronze in the ‘Business Transformation & Managing Change’ category for our CX/EX alignment and internal brand engagement programme.
More than 300 finalists gathered at the Park Plaza Riverbank in London to compete for a series of coveted prizes and share best practice ideas with one another. Everyone in attendance gained a greater appreciation for how organisations can enable their staff to be contented, productive and able to realise their potential.
In the morning, we impressed the judges with our presentation, condensing a complex range of working practices into a concise, engaging 15-minute pitch in front of a judging panel.
Once the presentation finished, we had the chance to network with a diverse range of business leaders from all sectors. With awards going to organisations ranging from care homes to government agencies and utility companies, it truly was a chance to attain meaningful new EX perspectives from other professionals.
It was a very special day for us, and hearing our names read out was much-deserved recognition for the great efforts of everyone involved in the partnership between Cunard and ourselves.
