Dragonfish and LACE Partners announce strategic partnership to drive transformation and culture change

LACE Partners and Dragonfish are delighted to announce a strategic partnership to elevate culture, employee experience and performance for their clients. Together, they aim to address the challenges Chief People Officers (CPOs) and Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs) face with driving transformation within the People function and across the wider business. 

Following the successful launch of the EX revolution campaign at the end of 2023 and into the beginning of 2024, the announcement of this partnership will add to LACE’s approach to supporting organisations in the delivery of a holistic approach and mindset to employee experience.

Working with the team at Dragonfish, we’ll be bringing a greater degree of innovation, tools, data and insights to HR leaders.
