The challenge

 

 

Lastminute.com was bought last year by bravofly.com and now is part of a family of businesses that make up the largest pan-European online travel company. With its HQ in Switzerland, the company has re-branded itself the lastminute.com group. Individual consumer brands remain and the business spans many countries, so it was very important to explain to all staff the vision and ambition for the future and the values that unite them.

The solution

 

We worked with the leadership team to articulate a clear vision and new corporate values, underpinning all the brands and locations. We scripted an interactive launch event for all staff in Ibiza and brought the vision and values to life creatively through:
