In 2017, we partnered with Bournemouth University to develop our culture code
1.0 research. We conducted a survey with 1,200+ employees in large organisations asking them 80 questions related to the culture of their organisation and 20 questions related to performance. The results from this research led to our model of a high performing culture.
2018, we delved deeper into the brand alignment category to understand the links between vision, purpose, values and performance.
