The challenge

 

 

Founded in 2009, Cloudreach grew from a simple idea in a London pub to an international team of 1,000+ employees operating across 10 countries. For Cloudreach to complete its transition to be the global leader in cloud services, they needed to align their 1,000+ team members to a new vision, purpose and set of values – what was needed was Cloudreach Culture 2.0. And it was during this transition that we were approached. 

The solution

During our 15 month partnership we defined and delivered on multiple culture transformation projects, all supporting the ambition and vision of Cloudreach’s new leadership team. These included:

 

  • Culture Assessment Report
    To help the smooth integration of newly acquired US company, Relus Cloud, this comprehensive report included our leadership observations, recommendations and an assessment of cultural maturity

     

  • Cultural Integration Framework
    Drawing on our current insights and to help Cloudreach prepare for future acquisitions, we developed a best practice framework of Culture Integration 

     

  • Culture Framework
    Based on the principle that culture should never be developed ‘top down’, we energised the organisation and helped shape a new Culture Framework including long and short form narrative, values, behaviours and journey map

     

  • Roadmap of activities
    To help Cloudreach make the transition to Culture 2.0, we shared our best practice approach to embedding and sustaining their new Culture Framework
