3x winners at the employee experience awards 2017
Updated: Apr 17, 2019
Thursday 23rd March was a fantastic day to be a part of the dragonfish team. We are extremely proud to have picked up three awards at the Employee Experience Awards 2017 in partnership with Fitness First and Care UK, having been shortlisted as finalists in a further three categories for work with Care UK and Shelter.
The day started with presentations from all the finalists to a panel of judges. Having five entries meant a lot of dashing about, but everyone kept their cool with excellent presentations from Leah Queripel, Care UK HR Director, Rich Webley, dragonfish MD, and Neil Tune, Group HR Director from Fitness First.
The awards ceremony itself was presented well by Olympic gold-winning rower, Greg Searle who drew comparisons to the role employee engagement played in the fantastic progress of team GB within the last 20 years and the successes at London 2012 and Rio 2016.
Our first win of the afternoon came for Fitness First in the Delivering Customer Experience category, for our work in improving member experience, satisfaction and retention through member segmentation and employee engagement. The programme drove an 8% improvement in Member Satisfaction, 13pt increase in NPS and significant revenue growth as a result. Our next win was in the sector specific category for Government & Public Services for our work with Care UK in which we differentiated Care UK in a competitive market to attract, retain and nurture the right people, to improve service and performance. The programme saw a 10% improvement in employee engagement versus the previous year, as well as a 330% increase in application rates. Read the case study here: www.dragonfishuk.com/care-uk
We were then blown away to win best overall entry for our work with Fitness First. This award was for the entry that received the highest scores across all entries and all categories. Fantastic recognition for all involved in the project from both Fitness First and dragonfish.
We want to say a massive thank you to everyone involved in the awards, including organisers, judges and all the other entrants, a big well done and thank you to the entire dragonfish team for their ongoing commitment to making our projects a success, and of course – congratulations and thank you to our incredible clients!
