As part of our Cracking the Culture Code series of round table discussions, the team at dragonfish are hosting a round table discussion with senior business leaders brought together by invite only to debate a topic that ambitious organisations are increasingly striving to get to grips with:  ‘Proving the links between culture and performance’.

We will kick off proceedings by sharing dragonfish’s latest culture & performance research in partnership with Bournemouth University, along with key trends and top tips for tackling successful culture change, before facilitating an open discussion in a confidential environment with this senior group around a number of critical questions:

  • How to assess your current culture and identify links to business performance

  • How to secure buy-in, investment and senior support for culture change

  • How to build a culture plan that delivers tangible business results
