It’s fair to say that after the last few years we are all getting used to managing through ongoing turbulent and uncertain times. The good news is that we are adapting, learning, growing, and finding new ways to deliver. Dare I say it, whilst it is tough, maybe – just maybe – the world of work is getting more meaningful and the way organisations are being designed and led is changing for the better.
