About

Most organisations have a set of carefully chosen words on the wall. But how many can say that their vision, purpose and values are present in the minds of their employees and guiding smart decisions daily? We believe that long term business success only comes from clarity on what the organisation stands for, a motivating picture of the future and an understanding of and commitment to the ways of thinking and behaving required to get there.

Niall Cluley, dragonfish MD, will be talking about how to create alignment and behaviour change in complex organisations through defining and embedding Vision, Purpose and Values. It will be an informative session covering:

  • How to build a winning framework

  • Cutting through complexity and misalignment

  • Principles for a successful launch

  • Useful examples from a variety of sectors

  • How to embed, sustain and measure for long term success

The session will be beneficial to both Marketing and HR professionals alike, with plenty of opportunity for discussion and networking.

Please note that spaces for this event are limited and we will be in touch to confirm your place.
