Most organisations have a set of carefully chosen words on the wall. But how many can say that their vision, purpose and values are present in the minds of their employees and guiding smart decisions daily? We believe that long term business success only comes from clarity on what the organisation stands for, a motivating picture of the future and an understanding of and commitment to the ways of thinking and behaving required to get there.
