Business Challenge

Part of AXA, Sunlife was originally founded in London in 1810. Its Guaranteed Over 50s Plan is the nation’s most popular choice, with over 870k policyholders. About to embark on a period of significant change, Sunlife engaged dragonfish to help them build a values-driven, high performance culture that would get their organisation and people ready to deliver their new strategy.


Solutions delivered

Over six months we defined and launched a new set of company values, followed by two workshops to bring the values to life across the recruitment and induction processes.

  • Defined and articulated Sunlife’s purpose, strategy and values
  • Developed an impactful creative concept to bring the purpose and values to life across the organisation
  • Launched at annual conference with a guest speaker, interactive breakouts and large format learning tools
